Claim Plan — $400 total over 6 months

$100 today, then $50 per month for 6 months. Plan auto-ends after month 6 — no surprise renewal. Includes everything in Starter plus: unlimited AI Concierge, VA Form 21-526EZ generator, Statement in Support (21-4138) drafter, Records Recovery Packet (SF-180, VA 10-5345, VA 3288, HIPAA auth letters), VA.gov submission walkthrough, state-specific claim guidance.

Truth in Lending Disclosure: APR 0.00%. Finance charge $0.00. Amount financed $400.00. Total of payments $400.00. Payment schedule: $100.00 due at purchase, then $50.00 due monthly for six months. Plan auto-cancels after the sixth $50 payment. No interest. No prepayment penalty.

Portal Monthly — $49/month

Month-to-month billing. Everything in Claim Plan. Cancel anytime from your Customer Portal. For veterans with longer-running claims or appeals.

Twelve months, paid upfront. Saves $98 compared to monthly. Cancel anytime (pro-rated refund per our refund policy).

What we will never do

Refunds

14-day no-questions-asked refund on any plan. After 14 days, Claim Plan is non-refundable for payments already made but you keep the services already rendered and the plan stops recurring immediately on request. Portal Monthly is cancellable any time — no refund on the current month, but no further charges.
